Pressure Equipment Inspections

Inspection and certification of boilers and pressure vessels is required by law (Work Health & Safety Act/ Regulation) and is a mandatory requirement by Safework/ Worksafe in your state or territory.

Fines apply from Safework/ Worksafe for owners of pressure equipment who fail to meet these requirements

  • Storage Tanks

Periodic inspection  and certification, as well as being mandatory for owners of pressure equipment is also considered good practice in ensuring the integrity and safe and trouble free operation of plant and equipment.

Upon completion of inspection, we will issue you with either a certificate of inspection and/ or a detailed inspection report complying with Work Health & Safety Laws and AS/NZS 3788- Pressure Equipment- In Service Inspection. We will outline any repairs needed, pressure rating of equipment, expiry date of certification and any defects with your pressure equipment.

ABV Inspections Pty Ltd can also assist with the registration of your item of pressure equipment with the State Regulatory Authority (Work cover/ WorkSafe)-( Work cover/ WorkSafe Registrations) and can liase with various Government bodies on your behalf.
